Something NEW!

Hello to all of my followers, friends and family. I want to first apologize for my 3 month hiatus. Within this time I have grown and learned many things which make me so much more excited to share my health and fitness life with you all.

As you can see I have changed the name of my blog and domain from BeFitForU to TheFitnessBabe. While I still stand behind all of the goals and ideas from the previous domain, I wanted a proclamation that could be more of a statement about myself while also introducing my passion for helping people be fit for themselves. I feel very confident in this change and am excited for this first blog post on this first day of April!


With all of that being said, I would also like to introduce myself as Sheena Wright,  an Herbalife distributor. I have taken these products myself and are very pleased with the results, energy and satisfaction that I acquire. Herbalife is a product line designed to help others be happy and healthy naturally. Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up, or just maintain a healthy body, these products are for you!! Herbalife products do not stop at healthy shakes, meal bars, and vitamins, we also have personal care products which are absolutely amazing, and lots of other items that are sure to love.

Another aspect of Herbalife that I love is that that we have an Herbalife Family Foundation which raises money to help bring nutrition to more than 8,165 children in over 50 countries on a daily basis!! That's something that I am definitely excited about participating in and will keep you guys updated with it!
